3/ We will try our best to recommend customers to use compressed packaging, which can optimize the volume of the goods, reduce transportation vehicles, and limit carbon dioxide emissions.

Q2: Where is your factory located in? How can I visit you?
A2:Our factory is located in Dongguan, China. You can directly fly to SHENZHEN BAOAN airport, we will pick you up!

A3:According to your requirements ,such as weight , color , size ,designs of you need ,etc .And e-mail us ,we usually quote within 24 hours.
Q4:Do you accept small quantity order?
A4:Yes,small order is welcomed .We would like to grow up with you together.

A5: Yes, customized service can be provided, including color, package, logo, mark, etc;
Q6: How long is your delivery time?
A6: It depends on the order quantity. Generally it is about 7-15days.
Q7:Can we get samples before placing order?
A7:Yes. We can give our samples for free but not include the freight, however, we will return the freight if you place an big order with us.
Q8:Are the products same as pictures?
A8:The pictures are taken based on the true products, but photo color might be a little different from the true products due to different monitors display .These should be regarded as being accepted when you place orders.

A11:We will supply pre-production sample, after you confirmed, we'll start bulk production. We have QC to make sure the quality during the production, and you can also send your QC or second part to inspect the cargo before delivery.

A12:We have achieved ISO 9001 certified since 2006. Most of our products have been tested by SGS, Intertek and BV for harmful chemical substances.
